Mia Galván
Chef-Owner
Mia founded Arabella's in 2018, naming the business after her daughter. She studied at the Culinary Institute of Barcelona, Escuela de Cocina. She specializes in Spanish and vegan cuisine and was awarded the Best Chef Rising Star 2017 at the Best Chef Awards in Madrid, Spain.
Charles Ramsey
Executive Chef
Charles is a culinary master hailing from Oxfordshire, England. He has extensive experience in a wide range of European cuisine. He is best known for his award-winning pastry skills, most notably taking first prize in the UK Pastry Open 3 times in 2002, 2008 and 2018.
Leo Johnson
Sous Chef
Leo hails from Denver, Colorado and studied at the Escoffier Culinary School in Boulder. He moved to Sioux Falls in 2018 to study under Chef-Owner Mia, before quickly establishing a name for himself at the 2022 StarChef Rising Star Awards in Denver .
